INVESTMENT POLICY

Perseo invests in companies with high value creation potential, with investment agreements that ensure its participation in the management of the company. Perseo invests its own resources, together with partners, and occasionally resources from financial institutions, with a divestment horizon ranging from four to eight years.

Identification and Evaluation.

Perseo carries out its Private Equity activities in collaboration with a small group of professionals and private investors. It seeks investment opportunities in companies where it is possible to identify value creation mechanisms and contribute to their development, where financial investors and entrepreneurs share the same value creation objectives, ultimately achieving a total or partial divestment.

ADDED VALUE

Perseo aims to actively contribute to the value creation in the companies it invests in, through the involvement of its partners in the board of directors, the management committee, and, when required, through the provision of advisory services. The scope of this collaboration will not affect the daily operations of the company, but rather the planning and execution of its medium- and long-term strategic movements.

Investment Characteristics.

Perseo and its partners regularly make investments with their own resources and, occasionally, with the support of financial institutions.

In the first case, the investment size must range between 0.5 and 3 million euros.

In the second case, the investment amount can reach up to 20 million euros.

TERM AND AGREEMENTS

The investment made must enable Perseo and its partners to acquire a significant stake in the company. When the shareholding is minority, it is essential that shareholder agreements allow Perseo to promote the sale of a majority stake in the company after a certain period of time.

The average investment period ranges between four and eight years.
