Grupo Pallas carried out its private equity activities through Pallas Invest.
Pallas Invest conducted investment activities in the United States from its London office, and through two Limited Partnerships: in Germany (Pallas Invest German Fund Ltd) and in the Iberian Peninsula (Pallas Invest Iberian Fund Ltd).

Banque Pallas France, the main shareholder of Pallas Invest, put the company up for sale, which was acquired by a group of financial institutions, together with the fund managers, in an MBO transaction. The partners of Perseo took part in this transaction.
